Lori is a Tampa native. She attended USF College of Nursing, and has been a Registered Nurse for 13 years. She has specialized in surgical care for patients. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the National Association of Transplant Coordinators. We are pleased to have her as part of our practice.

AESTHETICIAN/SURGICAL TECHNICIAN
Caroll comes to our practice with over a decade of experience in cosmetic surgery, laser treatments, and medical grade skincare services. Her vast knowledge in this industry will help educate and provide the utmost care for our patients. Under the direct supervision of Dr. Joseph Castellano, Caroll will customize a non surgical skincare program to meet your personal needs. Additionally, Caroll maintains a high standard in assisting Dr. Castellano in Dermal Fillers and Botox as well as providing her assistance as a private scrub during your cosmetic surgical procedure. She is passionately dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients, committed to ensure that all your questions are answered and you have the best possible experience at Castellano Cosmetic Center.
PAM HORTON
BUSINESS COORDINATOR/OFFICE MANAGER
Pam Horton, our business coordinator, has been working in the field of plastic and cosmetic surgery for the past 9 years. Known for her compassion, understanding and personalized attention to each and every patient, Pam coordinates consultations, schedules surgery, and conducts pre and post-operative appointments with Dr. Castellano. Pam maintains a standard of excellence at all times. She will answer questions and assist in all inquiries concerning any of the surgical or non-surgical procedures you may be planning.
SHANEE MISHOE
AESTHETICIAN
Shanee Mishoe is a native Floridian, having grown up in North Florida. She completed the Electrology program at Hollywood Institute and became licensed under the Florida Board of Medicine. Shanee received additional training to become a Certified Medical Electrologist and Certified Laser Hair Removal Professional. She is a member of the Society of Clinical and Medical Hair Removal. Shanee has been working in the field since being licensed in 2005. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, live music and time with friends and family.
ASHLEY SMITH
PATIENT COORDINATOR
Ashley offers 11 years of medical office experience with the past 5 years as a practice manager. Her position requires her to constantly rotate roles and she’s always eager and willing to assist when needed. She is extremely efficient in ensuring all aspects of the practice run smoothly and we are very happy to have her on our team.
