Take It Easy
The first tip for a quick breast augmentation recovery is to just remember to take it easy. Pushing yourself too hard, returning to work too soon and not listening to your body when it tells you to rest will not promote healthy healing. For the first few days, be sure to get plenty of sleep. As healing progresses, slowly ramp up your daily activities without overdoing.
