The top layers of skin and tissue in the treatment area will naturally go numb soon after the cooling starts, but otherwise you should not experience any discomfort during treatment.

Depending on the size of your treatment area and the number of spots you want to treat, each CoolSculpting session can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
