This woman, age 24, wanted to boost her 34A cup breasts to a large C or small D cup. In the “before” breast augmentation photos, the patient shows very little natural breast tissue and an almost total absence of cleavage. During the surgery, Dr. Castellano made a periareolar incision and placed the 425cc High Profile implants below the muscle wall. This type of submuscular placement often withstands the test of time better than placing the implants below the glandular tissue only. The incision itself is not visible after healing in the postsurgical photos.

Following the surgery, this Tampa patient’s new profile is much more dramatic, and her entire upper body now looks much more proportionate overall with the rest of her frame. She is very pleased with her breast enhancement results.
