Patient is a 31 year old woman.  She underwent Bilateral Breast Mastopexy (Lift) with Submuscular Breast Augmentation.  She presented with concerns of volume loss and sagging of breasts following three pregnancies and breast feeding.  Paitient is 6 weeks post surgery at time of the “after” photo. The implant size used in this patient was 286cc cohesive gel midrange profile.
