This is a 56 year old woman who presented to our Tampa cosmetic plastic surgery practice with complaints of saggy neck skin and facial aging. She was interested in a facelift. After reviewing her case in more detail, Dr. Castellano recommended a facelift along with other facial plastic surgery procedures to improve her overall appearance. He performed submental liposuction, a platysmaplasty, and a facelift (rhytidectomy). The patient is very pleased with her results.
