This patient presented with a significant amount of excess, hanging abdominal skin that did not improve with diet or exercise. Dr. Giglio performed a full abdominoplasty to remove the redundant skin and tighten the abdominal wall, creating a smoother, firmer contour.

In the side view, you can appreciate the dramatic improvement in projection and skin laxity. The abdomen appears flatter, more supported, and proportionate to her frame.
